      Exercise

      Women – Choose exercises that focus on complex movements when training with weights. I call these “Big Bang Exercises” such as a Squat + Bicep Curl OR Cable Row + Squat. Just 30 minutes of complex exercises burn almost double the amount of calories that individual body part exercises burn.

      Eat Better

      Diet – Eat your last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime – this will absolutely help shrink your waistline. Also – keep the last meal low on starchy carbs – think lean and green and this will also help shape up quicker.

      Move More

      Exercise –Try Interval (HIIT) or Tabata Training for maximum calorie burn for up to 48 hours. Download one of my favorite apps called Tabata Pro and create your own calorie boosting workouts.

      Forgive Often

      Restoration – Your hard work in the gym will have little effect if you are too tired, stressed or achy to enjoy the results. Take time to give back to your Body and Spirit via Meditation – Journaling – Epsom Salt + Lavender Baths – Time in Nature.
