KOR+ SYSTEMS is a philosophy of training developed by Rebecca Kordecki. Whether it’s a workout or a seminar – the purpose behind this system is to encourage the ability to merge mind, body and spirit into one (KOR) harmonious entity which ultimately leads to getting more (PLUS) out of life. To this end, we offer training, boot camps, lectures and workshops all geared towards creating total lifestyle “fitness”. Our workshops and lectures can be specifically designed for your business, facility or group.
Rebecca offers clients tools and unique ways to help them reach their ultimate ‘fit self’. One of these tools is Rebecca’s new KOR+ FITU. (Coming soon) This is an assessment tool designed by Rebecca and other professionals in the industry to help determine the best workout/training style for your personality. The assessment results will give suggestions/options for workouts that you will be more likely to stick with long term. The good news is that with the amount of new trends and unique workouts in the market for 2010 there is no excuse for not moving your body!

BOOTY SLIDE® – Created by Rebecca Kordecki. Booty Slide® is a total body, butt lifting, core strengthening, fat burning workout. You wear Rebecca’s patented booties designed to slide through specific exercises and target your core, upper and lower body muscles for a complete body make over.
KOR+ BOOT CAMP – Created By Rebecca Kordecki. Our Boot Camps are designed to challenge you from the inside – out. Most often they are held outdoors to enjoy the geography and to take ourselves out of the “four walls” that usually make up our training space. You can come to us or we will bring our boot camps to you on site. All that is needed is an open environment. Leave the rest to US! We offer KOR+ Boot Camps for adults, kids, groups and businesses. All boot camps are customized for the pre-determined goals/levels/abilities of each group. Private Boot Camp rates vary depending on size of group and location.

KOR+ ONE – One on one private, personalized training with Rebecca or one of her certified trainers.
KOR+ BUDDY – Need motivation and support for your new exercise routine? Invite a friend to train with you – the “buddy system” increases training consistency by 75%.
KOR+ SC – Strengthening and Conditioning for professional athletes and professional sports teams as well as individuals who just want to improve their “game”. After many years of working with professional athletes/teams Rebecca has her finger on the pulse of some of the top methods for improving strength, power, agility, speed and endurance. Rebecca meets with each team member to assess weaknesses and challenges and then customizes a workout based on this information in an effort to achieve maximum potential and performance.
