“First of all, i really loved the class. It was a great workout, sweat

dripping off the nose style.  I have a bad knee since college (i’m 26 now) and the past several

weeks it has been really uncomfortable and every workout i have done

has in some way brought on some sort of pain; I have done Zumba,
