KOR+ The Technique
Zero impact, core strengthening, body firming, butt lifting, joint conditioning workout incorporating barefoot training and variations of slide methods. It is a philosophy of training developed by fitness expert, REBECCA KORDECKI. She developed KOR+ The Technique as a way to enhance her own conditioning and strengthening program without being a “slave” to heavy fitness equipment or a gym.
