In this section Rebecca will present suggestions, tips, articles and more – all related to how to Get Lifted!® from head to toe – from the inside out. As a fitness expert and lifestyle consultant, Rebecca believes the formula for living your most balanced life involves giving attention to all realms in your life.  The trick is balancing those realms – that is the “golden ticket”.

While the physical realm is our “front” to the world (the first impression we are most often “judged” by) it is only one vital component in the makeup of our complete and healthy selves.  So when it comes to choosing a daily exercise routine or workout, it’s important to find one that not only gives you a physical LIFT (whether it’s weight loss or strengthening/shaping/firming) but one that will also LIFT your mood and spirit.

As a committed exercise professional for 17 years, Rebecca realizes this from her own personal experience. In her twenties, after years struggling with some of her own destructive addictions, Rebecca discovered running, weight lifting and began eating clean, non-processed foods.   From her first – to her last step in the Los Angeles Marathon nine months later, Rebecca fell in love with exercising regularly and eating healthy.  Along the way, she also uncovered a new, lean and toned physique.  Rebecca realized her mission and passion in life was to find ways to motivate and inspire others to travel down a similar path on their way to finding lifestyle balance.  Here in the pages of her website, Rebecca shares some of these discoveries, ideas and suggestions.  Whether you are currently in that perfect “yoga”- esque state (union of mind, body and spirit) or exploring your path to get there, our goal is to provide inspiration along the way.  Enjoy the journey!
