| Rebecca's approach to getting her clients into shape has a lot to do with the philosophy of "always keep the client's body guessing. The body needs to be constantly challenged to change otherwise it simply adapts and stays the same". Rebecca utilizes core/balance exercises, movements adapted from yoga and Pilates, standard strength exercises, and cardio intervals to develop workouts that challenge her clients. For many clients Rebecca has not only been a trainer, but a coach, confidant and friend, supporting each client along their path to finding balance between mind, body and soul.
Rebecca's journey to a lifestyle of health and fitness began 16 years ago after her struggle with an unhealthy addiction left her no choice but to find another outlet for this energy. She picked up a book by world class runner Jeff Galoway and decided to start running daily. Running became a healthy outlet for her and before she knew it she was running 6 to 8 miles a day and soon set her sights on running the LA Marathon. Realizing that weight training would benefit her running she began lifting at a local gym. She read every book about health and fitness she could get her hands on. Rebecca found confidence and peace of mind during her workouts.
Her body began to change and her co-workers began seeking her out for fitness/exercise advice. Rebecca realized she was a natural coach and loved the opportunity to help others evolve and transform their lives and bodies. It was then that she decided to change careers and become a personal trainer. She went on to receive certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and ACSM. After a few years training clients she realized that massage therapy would greatly benefit the clients she worked with. She went on to receive her massage certification at the Massage School of Santa Monica and began offering massage therapy as an additional service for her clients. The opportunity to help change people's lives on a daily basis has been the most rewarding gift in her life and she is grateful to every client who has allowed her to be instrumental in their health and fitness endeavors.
Rebecca Kordecki: Unique Fitness System
Bringing all of her years of experience together has led Rebecca to create a unique exercise class and product shaping, toning and lifting the BUTT. Also, this workout will increase core strength, correct muscle imbalances and can be done in 40 minutes. She is currently looking for partners to bring the unit to market. Fitness Coach: Fitness & Exercise Advice
After living on the west coast for many years Rebecca has decided to take her company to the east coast. She has relocated her business to New York and will be based out of Manhattan and has clients in both the city and the Hampton’s. Rebecca is available for personal training, fitness consulting and as a spokes model and fitness personality/expert.
