Good news for Booty Slide!   I will be demonstrating the class on “The Today Show” (http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/29054368/)this Friday, January 8th, in the 3rd hour with Kathie Lee and Hoda.  Since launching my class Booty Slide®, at Crunch Gyms in NYC (http://www.crunch.com) last fall and now expanding to Crunch’s Los Angeles location we are gaining momentum as the word about Booty Slide’s great butt lifting effects gets out.  I love having the opportunity to share something I am so passionate about with as many people as possible…so can’t wait to get Kathie Lee and Hoda “sliding”!
