Rebecca realized early on in her 16 year career that her passion, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit in the fitness industry would eventually lead her down a path where she would impact large groups of people every day.
While her daily schedule, which starts at 4 A.M, can be daunting, she juggles four mini companies effortlessly and would have it no other way. She has always been an overachiever, so for Rebecca, MFS is the perfect outlet for her ambitious spirit.
Whether looking to schedule a fun new fitness class, a fitness consultation,
a weekend excursion at one of our Get Lifted Retreats or to simply get
a good old fashioned "butt kickin" at our Boot Camp, we have
something for everyone.
