Rebecca’s training philosophy is to always keep the client’s body guessing or more simply put – confused. The body needs to be challenged to change, otherwise it simply adapts and stays the same, much like our minds.
 Rebecca incorporates core and balance exercises, traditional strength exercises, complex movements, such as a squat plus a bicep curl and interval training to maximize workout benefits. And clearly, her method works – check out her client testimonials below! For many clients, Rebecca has not only been a trainer, but a coach, confidant and friend, supporting each client along their path to finding balance between mind, body and soul.

Rebecca’s journey to a lifestyle of health and fitness began over 18 years ago after her struggle with an unhealthy addiction left her no choice but to find another outlet for this energy. She picked up a book by world class runner Jeff Galoway and decided to start running daily. Running became a healthy outlet for her and before she knew it she was running 6 to 8 miles a day and soon set her sights on running the LA Marathon. Realizing that weight training would benefit her running she began lifting at a local gym. She read every book about health and fitness she could get her hands on. Rebecca found confidence and peace of mind during her workouts. Her body began to change and her co-workers began seeking her out for fitness/exercise advice.

trainingRebecca realized she was a natural coach and loved the opportunity to help others evolve and transform their lives and bodies. When the company she worked for closed and Rebecca received her “pink slip” she decided to change careers and become a full time personal trainer. She went on to receive certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and ACSM and AFAA.

She never looked back. And a few years later decided to add Massage Therapy to her services and received her massage license in 2001. The opportunity to help change her client’s lives on a daily basis has been the most rewarding gift of this being in this business.
